Can't find $30 getting rid of ad feature, only $99 upgrade
-
Getting rid of ads quoted a cost of $30 per year but when I clicked on it, it brought me to a $99 a year site. The 2 ads on my blog were risque.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Provided you are logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog your ought to be able to access the blog’s dashboard and navigate to > Store
http://en.support.wordpress.com/no-ads/Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then
follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibility -
I have just one blog. Clicking on the ensupport link just brings you to the store which does not have a separate $30 no-ad payment, only free, and next upgrade of $99.

That’s odd. I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

Yes, Happiness Engineer. When you go to Dashboard and to Store and to the NO AD link for $30 and hit BUY NOW, it brings up the $99 package. Thanks for trying.

Hm, ok then. Sorry, I’m not familiar with the Store changes at the moment, I just thought I might be able to lend a hand. I generally handle ad complaints and support for the WordAds product these days. :)
I’ll pass this off to someone who’s much more familiar with Store operations.

Hi there candidmentor! I just took a look at your account, and it looks like WordPress.com Premium was already added to your cart, which is why you kept seeing that message to buy Premium, instead of the No Ads upgrade only.
I’ve just removed WordPress.com Premium from your cart for you. If you navigate back to your Dashboard > Store page, can you let me know if you’re seeing the option to buy only No Ads?

OK, Evarlese, you are the miracle worker. I’ve just purchased the NO-ADs for $30.00 and will check off the problem as resolved. Thank you so much.
