  That theme is not available on the wordpress.com platform.

  So, would you have to purchase the theme to use it? (I’m new to this) hah

  Not only would you have to purchase it from the developers you’d also need to purchase a Business plan to use that theme here at WordPress.com.
  (Your other option would be to buy that theme and hosting elsewhere).
