can't find a contact widget

  Hi!

  We’d like to add a contact form in our blog seguretatsocial.wordpress.com in order to allow readers to make suggestions or ask questions, something similar to this one:
  http://crisiehutchings.com/home/contact/

  We haven’t found any widget in the “Twenty Twelve” theme covering this functionality.

  Could you please help us?

  You may use shortcodes to add a contact form:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/

  If you’d like to add a contact form to a widget area, copy and paste the shortcodes into a text widget.
