Can't find a free theme I was told about.

  I was told Shuttershot was a free

  FAB series

  theme I could use here. I cannot find a way to get started with this theme.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  In wordpress.COM blogs you can only use the themes available in Appearance > Themes.

  Shuttershot is not available here. It is for self-hosted wordpress sites hosted on third-party hosting services such as bluehost, dreamhost, etc.
