can’t find a site

    Hi i have a store on this account (email visible only to moderators and staff) , i can see my site lostprcl.com on my mobile wordpress but when i try to open it on desktop wordpress it shows me i have no sites yet, what is the problem?

    Hi there,

    The lostprcl account you’re using to post here is only two weeks old, and doesn’t own any sites on WordPress.com.

    The site at https://www.lostprcl.com/ has no connection at all to WordPress.com, but is using the open source version of WordPress made on WordPress.org, and is hosted on Dreamhost.com.

    If by “mobile wordpress” you refer to the mobile app, you have most likely added that site directly to the app, rather than accessing the app via a WordPress.com username account.

    If you want to be able to manage that site via your WordPress.com account you can, by installing the Jetpack plugin and using that to connect the site to us. But without Jetpack, your WordPress.com username account has nothing to do with your stand-alone WordPress site.
