Can't find a way to renew my domain

  Every time I try to go into the payments method screen, you try to upsell me, effectively making it impossible for me to actually just pay for the domain. How can I just pay for the domain and not upgrade?

  Just to clarify, every time I hit “payment settings”, it kicks me back to the screen where you try to upsell — you will only allow me to enter credit card info if I am upgrading, which I don’t need to do. Not cool.

  Hi there,

  I don’t see any domain upgrades in the account that you’re using to post here.

  What is the domain that you’re trying to renew? If you bought the domain with a different account, you need to be logged in as that account to renew it.

  I’m trying to renew http://www.digitalzapotectombs.com.
  I believe this is the account I used to purchase the domain. It seems it will take credit card details — as long as I am upgrading. But not if I just want to renew the domain.

  That domain was purchased by the account ahernandez2016 that is also an admin on that site.

  As an admin you are able to buy other upgrades for the site, but an existing upgrade can only be renewed by the account that bought it.
