Can't find a way to switch my theme – how do I activate the switch?

  I want to change my theme Wei Wi to Cocoa, but cannot see how to activate the switch over. I have read the forums and also that I can switch themes, but nothing shows me how to activate the switch. Is there a button I am missing somewhere?
