    I have been charged for an account but can’t find what account? I need to get it refunded. How can I speak to someone?

    Hi! Your best bet is to log out, then log in with the email that gets renewal reminders. If you can’t do that, though, can you can use the secure form at https://wpchrg.com to look it up?

    Once you’ve located the charge, you should be able to contact billing directly so they can help with a refund. If not, please update us here and let us know the name of the site associated with the charge.
