Can't Find Add Media Icon

  I’m drafting a new post, but the layout has changed considerably. Now I can’t find the ADD MEDIA icon, or any icon, above the editor bar.

  Instead, there’s a Drag&Drop files field at the bottom, but the uploaded photo does not show in the draft and I can’t adjust the image size.

  How can I add images conveniently like before?

  Try posting from your site’s dashboard>Posts>New Post. Here’s how to insert images there: http://en.support.wordpress.com/images/adding-images-to-posts-or-pages/
