Can't find Add New button under Apparence/Theme

  Hi,
  I can’t find the Add New option under Apparence/ Theme. Aslo, i bought a wordpress theme and then uploaded the .zip file by the cPanel File Manager and extract the content and i can’t find the theme neither!!!

  Themes can’t be uploaded to sites hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
