cant find Add plugin

  hello every body
  i am using .wordpress.com domain to create my blog
  but the probleme that i didnt find a way to install plugins

  We don’t allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org.

  I think they have more than a Plug-in problem:

  wannamore.wordpress.com is no longer available.
