  I can’t find block editor in Classic editor

  Many thanks for reaching out.

  Just to check, are you trying to use a classic block in the block editor: https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/classic-block/

  The reason why I ask is because the two editors are different from each other and you wouldn’t see one on top of the other.
