  i cant find blog transfer option

  wordpress.com/my-blogs redirected to wordpress.com/sites

  in wordpress.com/sites all listed blogs are linked to stat page

  Are you the owner of your blog? Only blog owner can do the transfer.

  Hi there. The transfer blogs link is only available on the My Blogs page on the WP-Admin dashboard. On the My Sites page, look for the WP-Admin link. Then select My Blogs from that page.

  this is the url format for others who might find difficulty to find the transfer blog’s page like me.
