Can't find box thingy to edit! (serious question)

  HELP! I made this small box that carries a notice on my blog (It’s under the header and says The Roads Edge website….)
  I want to edit it but I don’t remember how I made it and I’ve been searching the dashboard and appearances and everything and I just can’t find it.
  Can you please tell me what this box is and how I can get back to it to change it?!

  My site is theroadsedge.wordpress.com. Seriously, I’ve been looking everywhere. Thank you!

  That information is kept under the Theme Options, and can be edited right here:
