can't find contributors posts

My blog has multiple contributors and I’m the only admin.
Initially my contributors were able to send their post for preview and I was checking and publishing it.
But from past one week. They say, they are sending it for a preview and I’m unable to find them under “Pending” or “Drafts” or “All Post” Please help me. I’m tired searching for a solution.
They even tried to uncheck the “private” box in the visibility. I still can’t find them any where. Where are their posts going??The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Whenever a Contributor submits a post for review it will be found here:
https://xperiencez.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_status=pending&post_type=post
I currently see two posts available, are those the missing posts?
If the posts do not appear there, nor in the other filters of All Posts, the only other place they might be stored is in their local browser history (when they use the new editor at wordpress.com/post)
If they visit wordpress.com/post and the old draft is stored in their browser history, a notification will appear that looks like this one:
After all those places, if the post is not found I’m afraid it was not saved on our servers.
