Can't Find Dashboard

  I have no idea how to access my dashboard, I tried downloading wordpress, and nothing happened, and I don’t know where to find it. I looked everywhere for it. I also don’t understand the admin link and where to place it. Please help. Thank you.

  Are you talking about the WP Admin/full Dashboard? You can access this by adding /wp-admin/ to the end of your website address. For example, http://isabellawriting.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

  Is that what you were looking for?
