Can’t find domain

Hi,
I paid for my domain, maiajena.com on 10/24/22. All the emails regarding this domain are being sent to the email connected to this account, but I can’t find the domain anywhere on this account. When I search it, it says it belongs to another user and I need access. Where is it and why can’t I access it?Self-declared URL: maiajena.com

Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? I can confirm that maiajena.com is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @maiajenaallo login.
