This may be the problem in my case:
“Please note that if you update the First name, Last name, or Organization fields, your domain will be locked for 60 days: During this time you will not be able to transfer your domain to another registrar”
I ‘think’ I updated the fields on mine (I took it over from someone else), but I’m hoping this 60 day policy has a workaround. Anyone know how to look up how is left in the 60 days?

This may boil down to how many username accounts you have and exactly which one registered which blog. There is only one means of account recovery so please read on.
You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased upgrades for it to access the blog’s dashboard.
Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then
follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibilityIf you have lost your log-in information you can visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
If required please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.

There is no workaround for the ICANN 60 days rule.

@stevenewberry
Please provide the URL for the domain in question in the form of an active link starting with http:// and also tell us what the underlying .wordpress.com blog URL is. I have tagged this thread for a Staff follow-up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting. -
@leannesimpson
Staff will also assist you when they work their way forward too this thread. -
I am logged in as Admin and the only user of the blog.
There is only one blog, none hidden.
Any other suggestions?

@ timethief
There are two admins I discovered, however I was able to log in as the other one (the main one) and still cannot see the option to “Transfer Domain” or “Nameservers” for that matter.

Hi there!
@leannesimpson – The domain leannesimpson.ca is not registered through WordPress.com. You can only transfer a domain through your original registrar.
It looks like your domain may be registered through Register.ca:
http://www.networksolutions.com/whois/results.jsp?domain=leannesimpson.ca
You should contact them about transferring your domain.
@stevenewberry – I will respond in your other thread:
