Can't find Domain Manager, registered through wordpress.com
-
On my site
I cannot find the domain manager under store->domain->domain manager per the multiple instructions and forums posts. This site was registered through wordpress.com, so it does not belong to another registrar.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Will you also tell us exactly what your objective is ie. exactly what you want to do, please ?

If you’ve registered your domain through WordPress.com and now want it to point to a blog or website hosted elsewhere then you can do this by updating the nameservers. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-management/#update-nameservers

I am trying (ultimately) to transfer my domain name registration to another registrar and host.

naturalwonderer.com is only mapped here, not registered here.
You’ll need to do all this through your domain registrar, not us.
-
I registered the site through wordpress.com, looking at the whois, it is registered through Namecheap.com. I have no login information or dealings with that company, because everything was done THROUGH wordpress.com
-
The domain was never registered through us.
It was registered with http://www.namecheap.com/ and then mapped to a blog here.
You’ll need to contact NameCheap about this.

Okay, I am not trying to cause problems, I just want to clarify. When I signed up for a custom domain on wordpress.com I was actually registering that domain through a different company? That is where the disconnect is, I think.

Every year you must pay the Registrar that you purchased your domain name from to renew the domain name.
Every year you must pay WordPress.com for a domain mapping upgrade which allows you to map from your free hosted WordPress.com blog to your domain name ie. URL.
The two are different. -
naturalwonderer.com was never registered through us. You must have owned it through Namecheap prior to signing up here on May 1st. When you signed up with a custom domain, all you did was map a domain you already owned elsewhere.
