Can’t find Domains

  I need to add a pre-existing domain but your official step-by-step’s are telling me to go to locations that I don’t have. I’m not sure if WordPress was recently updated, but I don’t have access to domains anywhere.

  I’m not showing any websites hosted here at WordPress.com. Can you let us know what domain you’re trying to set up, where you see these “official step-by-step’s”, and what problems you’re running into exactly? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.

  These are the instructions I’m struggling with. My WordPress Account doesn’t have any options for Upgrades or Domains.

  Thanks for clarifying! You don’t see those options because you don’t have a site under your account yet. You can’t add upgrades without having a site to attach them to, so please go to this page to create your first site:
