Cant find form to Add existing domain

    I own the domain universoart.com ,BUT universoart.wordpress .com is taken. Do I have to build a blog to then upgrad it????? I just changed the DNS to wordpress, went to “Store” – dont know if its store in my dashbord or not – cant see any FORM at the top of the page like it instructs HERE

    After the name server change takes effect, go to Store -> Domains in your blog’s dashboard, enter the domain into the form at the top of the page, and click the Add domain to blog button. If the name servers are verified, you will be prompted to pay for the upgrade and complete the process.

    Exhausted ! Cant find the answer.
