Can't find ftp link, username, pw for website!? please help

  Hi,

  I’m trying to run a website called- http://www.danielrouach.com and I can’t find the ftp link, username and pw for the site, to use Filezilla. The standard methods are not working. Could you please help me!
  I’m planning to upgrade the wordpress version of the site from 3.2.1 to 3.5.1, what is the probability that the automatic update will leave me with a blank site?
