Can’t find home page

  I’ve just taken over administration on an existing site and the original builder is not available to pilot me thru it. I have limited experience building website (I’ve done 3), but I can navigate my way around WordPress.

  My problem is, the other admin didn’t use a static home page, instead using a Front Page with posts. I’m not familar with this and need to edit the front page of the website, but I can’t find it…..

  How do I locate the posts I need to remove???

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi @57ranch.

  Most themes will show you which one of your pages is set as the front page if you look in the customizer.

  To get there, log in to WordPress.com and go to My Site. In the lefthand menu bar click on the option that says “Customize.”

  It varies slightly from theme to theme, but you should look for an option that say somthing like “Homepage Settings.” This page will tell you which page the site is using as a homepage.

  Thanks, but I already know how to do that. I’m trying to find out how tho edit it as is…

  That’s just it, there is no page set as the front page. At least not one I can find. If I’m logged in as admin, there’s no ‘Edit Page’ link at the top of the front page. And in the menu, all it shows is ‘Custom Link’ instead of ‘Page’.

  The theme being used is Jarida. Under the ‘Customize’, ‘Homepage Settings’, settings in the theme, it’s set to your homepage displays ‘your latest posts’. But, I can’t find where to add, edit or delete those posts already made.

  I’m currently looking everything up on Jarida that I can find

  I found it. There’s a place in the Jarida theme called ‘Home Builder’ that contains the blog posts. The problem was, it’s all collapsed menus so I couldn’t see the content I was looking for.
