Can't find hosting server.

  Hello,
  Is there any possibility to define what hosting server does my wordpress site use? I’ve a situation, that I have to get into client’s server panel, but he doesn’t know what hosting he has. He says that the site is on “wordpress server”. Ofc I know where are domains, and they are set on external server so the dns is “ns1.dnsprotect.eu“ and “ns2.dnsprotect.eu“. I’ve search it on google and I can’t find any hosting provider like this. Any ideas or solutions?
