Can't find how to edit Menu

  If I click on ‘My Site’ there is no option to edit menu. All I can see is the Stats for my site and Publish/ Personalize/ Configure.
  As far as I can see, none of these give me the option to edit the menus on my site.
  Please help! I’ve always found it before. I’m not sure where it’s gone…

  Hi there,

  Click My Sites, then Customize (beside “Themes”).

  In the Customizer, there should be a Menus tab:
