can’t find “insert image” button

  hi,
  from few days I cant visualize the “insert image” button when I post a new article in my blog in visual mode. what happens? Have you deleted it from the visual editor??

  While this is already old news, the “Insert Image” button (button #12) is gone. There are newer buttons to upload images.
