can't find Instagram widget

  Hi there,
  I accidentally deleted my Instagram widget and now I can’t find it or add it back into my site: https://foodandnutritionhub.com/

  My current theme is Sela
  Can you help me to add it back on?

  I can’t find it or add it back into

  Go to > Customize > Widgets > Click Add a Widget, and select the Instagram Widget from the list.
