Can't find jetpack to de-install/re-install
-
I have reviewed other posts and can’t find out the solution.
I have a self-hosted wordpress.org site (iPage hosts) and the stats should show up on wordpress.com via jetpack. No stats, though it turns out the blog is surprisingly popular when I look at the iPage stats! (Hurray!) But wordpress.com is not receiving data from the wordpress.org site and I love the wordpress.com format.
The plug in is not showing up in my wordpress.org dashboard plug ins and I cant find where jetpack is so that I might uninstall and reinstall. Please help happiness engineers! How might I uninstall jetpack?
Thanks! Here is what I see when I try to install jetpack:
Downloading install package from http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/jetpack.2.1.1.zip…
Unpacking the package…
Installing the plugin…
Destination folder already exists. /hermes/bosweb25b/b755/ipg.innovationabbeycom/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/
Plugin install failed.
How do I find the folder to delete it so that I might reinstall jetpack and get stats? ?
