Can’t find jetpack upgrade plan options.

When I click on jetpack it just says you get more for upgraded plans but it doesn’t lead to a page saying what the options are!
I’m looking at something that logs each individual IP address so I know when my in/laws have visited my page!

Hi there, Jetpack Stats are already integrated into all WordPress.com websites https://wordpress.com/support/jetpack/
Even if you upgraded to the Pro plan to be able to install external plugins, the Jetpack plugin wouldn’t display visits by IP address. The only time you’ll see an IP address in your dashboard is when someone leaves a comment or feedback.

Can I see who viewed individual posts?
No. Any piece of data explicitly identifying a specific user (IP address, WordPress.com ID, WordPress.com username, etc.) is not visible to the site owner when using WordPress site stats, so you won’t be able to see which specific users or accounts viewed a particular post.
If you have the legacy Premium or Business plan, or the new Starter or Pro plan, you can enable Google Analytics, which might give you that information https://wordpress.com/support/google-analytics/ but not if based in the EU. https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/12017362?hl=en
