Cant find live chat support

  I managed to speak to one of the happiness engineers the other day through live chat. Now it doesn’t seem to appear in the top right hand corner, how do I access it again? Or how can I email them directly? I am on the premium upgrade as well. Thanks

  Hi Linda,

  You can always contact us directly from our contact page — when someone is available to chat you’ll see that option, but otherwise you can submit the contact form there and our team will reply as soon as possible via email. Please let me know if you have any other questions about that. :)
