Can’t find login to my website

  Hi there,
  https://jordanapearce.com is my website – I made it, I own it, no one else has ever accessed it.

  I can’t for the life of me figure out what my login email and password are. I’ve tried resetting every account I have with WordPress. None of them lets me into my website. I’m stumped.

  I’ve tried logging in with jordanapearce, my jordanapearce email, my other WordPress domains…I simply cannot get into it. It’s linked to ‘another WordPress.com account.’

  WHICH ACCOUNT?!

  Help! This is driving me crazy!

  Hi there,

  It seems you’re on a self-hosted site.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.

  Hi, I’m not on a self-hosted site, though. I briefly attempted to use Siteground, but I canceled the subscription after 2 days when I couldn’t figure it out. So it’s definitely, 100% WordPress.com.

  I just can’t get into the site…

  It even says at the bottom of my website, in the footer, “Jordana Pearce, Website Powered by WordPress.com.”

  Hi there @amiteshg93 https://jordanapearce.com/ is definitely a WordPress.com site. If you’re even unsure, you can add /.well-known/hosting-provider to the end of the site’s URL. If it’s us, it will return WordPress.com as it does here: https://jordanapearce.com/.well-known/hosting-provider

  Hi there @carriec8c6a98aa5 sorry about that! That site belongs to a different account here, not the one you’re currently logged in under.

  “jordanapearce” is actually the correct username, would you please try that again?

  That did it! Very strange, since I reset my password with that username earlier and when I logged in it said I had no website associated with it (commence panic). Thanks so much for all your help!
