cant find my account

  I created an account last night and I paid $48 for a year with paypal now this morning the sight is taking me thru everything again and it wont show my account from last light but rather wants me to pay again, please help. I think there was a typo in my email address and I fixed it but I still cant get into the paid account that that I created

  I’ve added a modlook tag for Staff assistance if required. In the meantime, do you happen to know the domain or username that you registered when you paid for the upgrade?

  If you have the transaction ID of your purchase, you can try to recover your account using the Account Recovery Form: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form.

  *Note: DO NOT post your transaction ID here. Try to locate it on your PayPal account and use the form in the link I sent above for account recovery.

  Hi there,

  What is the address of the site you upgraded? The account you’re using to post here has never bought anything from us, so if you’ve bought a WordPress.com plan it was using a different account.
