Can’t find my account

  Hello. I tried to set up an account through my 123reg dashboard, and I think I have typed in an incorrect email, because I have not had any record of sign up and cannot seem to re-set my password. And I can’t re-install wordpress on my site because it’s already there! So I don’t know how to recover it, as I have no record of it? Any ideas? Thanks!
