What is the URL of your website or what is the name of your account on the wordpress.com platform?

(email visible only to moderators and staff)

I couldn’t get in??
So I created a new word press
Thinking I could use it but didn’t work[Edited to remove login and telephone information]

Thanks for providing your site URL. It looks like your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted at GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.

If you don’t remember your site login information, you should reach out to GoDaddy for help with this. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you with this problem. You can reach out to their support team here:

Additionally, I removed your site login information from your post. These are public forums, visible to anyone and cached by Google, so please change your password immediately at https://wordpress.com/me/security
