Cant find my billing history even though I have a premium account

Hi, It tells me I dont have a subscription or premium account even though I am charged 300 euros for it. Can I know how I can fix this?

I do login from the same account “(email visible only to moderators and staff)”, however, I still dont see it? I would like to change the card from which this is billed annually.
