cant find my blog

  Hi,
  I just recently started my blog. I started one yesterday with the name anorexiaandsons however i had some problems starting it and wanted to start fresh as i did something wrong so i deleted the account. I then tried to set it up again with the same name but it didnt let me and gave me ‘anorexiaandsonsblog’ instead. I put up my first blog post today putting in some tags, i then search the tags online not from my account and i my tags dont come up, for example i put the tag ‘recovery’ on my blog post i then typed in the tag and loads of other peoples blogs came up with that tag but not mine. I then typed in anorexiaandsonsblog into my search on my iphone and couldnt find my blog, i only found my old blog anorexiaandsons which when i click on it it says i have deleted it which i have.
  i wonder why non of my tags are showing to other people and why my blog isnt there when i type it into the web?
