Can’t find my blog

  Hi!
  I have a blog with WordPress for ages: livrosdamaria.wordpress.com. Today I tried to log in but it would allow me to do so. I reset the password and now WordPress thinks I’m a new customer. My blog has vanished from my account… Can you help me?

  Hi there, it seems that your account which you’re currently logged into doesn’t own that website. Staff will be able to confirm the account who owns it though, so please wait for their response as I’ve tagged them.

  Please then log into that account, or follow the Account Recovery process if you’ve lost the details to your account: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

  Hi I tryied to log in again but to no avail.
  Here’s what I get when I try:
  “User livroslivroslivros945362100 Cannot Access the Dashboard Requested
  You are logged in as “livroslivroslivros945362100” and do not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard for “Livros ::: Böcker ::: Books ::: Livres”. If you are not “livroslivroslivros945362100”, please log out, and log back in with your username. If you are “livroslivroslivros945362100″ and you need access, please ask an administrator of the site to invite you.”

  Hi livroslivroslivros945362100,

  livrosdamaria.wordpress.com is owned by mariafabriani, not the account you are contacting us from (which is why you are seeing that message). Please try the following:

  1. Log out of livroslivroslivros945362100
  2. Clear your browser cache
  3. Clear WordPress.com cookies
  4. Log back in with the username mariafabriani

  Your password can be also be reset with the username mariafabriani if needed.

  If you are still unable to login afterwards, please fill out the account recovery form @torries126 mentioned.
