Can’t find my blog

I recently got a new laptop and had to redownload wordpress and narrative. I logged in but I’m unable to see my one blog post on either platform.

My WordPress was connected to my narrative. From WordPress they would be shown on my website.

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.

What site do I go to to see the plug-in tab? I wasn’t able to see it where I was so maybe that’s my issue. In WordPress I’m supposed to enter I the url for narrative through the plugin
