Can't find my blog under dashboard

I can’t find my blog: techbuying.wordpress.com
under my dashboard.
Where have it gone missing?
Just created it yesterday.Thank you.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I see the blog here http://techbuying.wordpress.com/
You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.

Hello.
I can see the blog now, it’s on my old (email visible only to moderators and staff) address that does not exists anymore.
How can I delete the site and account while this email doesn’t exists anymore?
I can’t have notification or anything because the email does not exist.
