Can’t find my domain

  My domain is not visible in the domain list anymore and I’m not able to register and in order to talk to the support I should purchase the package. What is happening??!

  I had a domain connected with my account its “rmcleb.com”, its not listed in the domain list anymore and I’m not able to renew and not able to re-register it and that was holding my website.
