Can’t find my domain and it is expiring in 5 days

Hi, I have had my domain sboylewriting.com for 4 or 5 years, primarily used for emails these days.

Got an email saying it is expiring, but when I log in to my account, it is not listed in the domains. Tried another email and it is not there either.

Does anyone know how I can track it down before my email and google drive stops working

This account is only 7 months old so you must have another older account here.

In addition to themagicrobot, you must log in with the email address where you received that notice.

Yes, I logged in with the same email address. I used it to build another site about 7-8 months ago. Is it possible I had a previous account with the same email and it got deleted?

That’s impossible as the email address is the unique identifier on the wordpress.com platform. Also when you delete an account, you also delete all sites it owns.

As you have a paid plan, use the Transaction ID in the link themagicrobot gave.

Hi @sean4f35d58593a! Thanks for letting us know about this.

I checked our records and noticed that you have two WordPress.com accounts and are currently logged into the wrong one, as mentioned above.

To access your domain, please log out of your current session and then log back in using the correct email address linked to your other account.

If you’re not sure which email address is associated with the right account, no worries! You can follow our account recovery process, as themagicrobot mentioned, by using this guide:

    https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/verify-ownership/

If you need any additional help, feel free to email us at help@wordpress.com and we’ll be happy to continue assisting you privately from there.
