Can’t find my domain to be able to deactivate it

  I also cannot find a way to actually contact someone with support. I know nobody in the forums can help me since they don’t have access. Can someone tell me how to contact an actual WordPress person??

  That site is connected to another account of yours layners. Log out from current and log in again as layners.

  I tried that but it tells me the account is closed so I am in limbo.

  @delaneycloss – the user account that the domain registration is under is not layners, so that’s the wrong account.

  WordPress.com staff cannot disclose user account information without proof of ownership, so if you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the account, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

  https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  Just fill out as much information as you have including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
