can't find my half-finished start-up; and, i want to allow readers to copy my

can’t find my half-finished start-up. i attempted to import a design (manifest), and the screen says my blog doesn’t exist. probably ‘cos i couldn’t finish signing up for it.
somehelpfulinfo.wordpress.com and the title is stuff i learned the hard way. i got confirmation that these titles were mine. how do i get back to fill out things like log-in info etc.?2nd question: I want to be able to put blocks of information in separate “folders” and allow readers to copy it. is this okay?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

http://somehelpfulinfo.wordpress.com/ exists, but you deleted the placeholder post, so you need to make a new post. Go through this tutorial: http://learn.wordpress.com
And you can’t import themes to a WordPress.com blog. Those are for WordPress.ORG blogs only.
2 it’s okay, but it’s not possible to make “folders” here.

thank you. this may not be the right venue for me. I want to be able to post books that i’ve just written or ones i’ve gotten rights back for and allow readers to download them free. any ideas?

The following processes are outlined particularly for users who wish to upload a document and add its download link to a blog post or page. http://en.support.wordpress.com/uploading-documents/
However, if you want to embed the document itself into a post, then you will have to use a third party application like Scribd or Google Docs.
