can’t find my hosting information

I am trying to add a new email to my domain and I can’t find the ‘hosting>manage>email accounts>create account’ portal. When I go to my profile/settings/purchases’ says I don’t have a website, yet I do and can access my dashboard. please assist.

Is it possible you created your site under a different login? Is it the case that you are you using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

I have a MySite dashboard

and I don’t understand why WP state I don’t have a site.I don’t remember (not in any of my WP notes) who my hosting company is. I looked up online to no avail.
I checked to see if I have a plugin or account with anyone as I did in the past before WP.com and I don’t see anything. How did I get (email visible only to moderators and staff)?

I do see that pamizstudio.com is registered in our system, but it is not any under your @pamic8c6a7ea295 WordPress.com account but under a different account on our service
Is it possible you created your site under a different login? To add email to your domain you will first need to log out of this account, and instead log in under the account you set up pamizstudio.com with. Once you log in you can add an email address here: https://wordpress.com/email/pamizstudio.com/manage/pamizstudio.com
However, that link will not work if you are logged in under the wrong account. You must log in to the account you purchased pamizstudio.com under. If you do not recall how to access that account, please email our account recovery team here and they will assist you in regaining access.

hmmm I don’t understand. I have all my pages and plugins in the one I linked to you. If I go to the one that you are talking about will I lose everything?

I need someone to help. I have my whole site for Pamizstudio.com on WordPress for almost 2 years. I don’t know why you show that the site I purchased doesn’t show all my pages/plug-ins/traffic and more.
How can you or maybe escalate my ticket, so that all of my site stuff is transferred to the proper account? I have been asking WP for months how to set up an email.
I need help. thank you.

This username was only created in March 2020, so this account is only 8 months old, and doesn’t own any sites.Pamizstudio.com has registered with WordPress.com since February 2018, so getting close to 3 years by now, and was created under a completely different username account, associated with a completely different email address. In other words, you’re logged in as the wrong username.
Log out of the

I have verified my account.
I am very confused
I am NOT SURE which account has the pages and data that I want to transfer.How can I know which site has everything and should be transferred. I have read and re-read the article it is very broad.
Which is the site with all my pages for PamizStudio.com
and which account should I START TO USE.

Let me try and explain to you the situation and what you need to do.
Right now you’re logged in as @pamic8c6a7ea295. That account is not associated with pamizstudio.com.
You have another account that owns pamizstudio.com. That other account is associated with a different email address.
If you have access to another email address that you think you used to create that other account, you can enter that address in the password reset form (https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword), change the password, and then access the account.
If that doesn’t work, you can provide us with the transaction ID as proof of ownership so we can restore access to your account.
Follow these instructions to retrieve that transaction ID from your card statement:
