Can't find my HTML tab

  Cannot find HTML TAB. I only see a visual and text tabs. Trying to paste html code into my BLOG. Any help would be appreciated(: Been trying to find answers for a couple of days and am a little frustrated.

  The Text (HTML) label is the HTML editor. Only the label changed not the function.
