cant find my main site!

I need help. What email address or login name did I use for my main site? I have several email addresses and I think I was made to use a different email address for each of my wordpress sites but there is one that can access all of them and I can’t remember which one it is. Can you help me without me going through all my email accounts?

Hi, WordPress.com can’t provide the email associated to an account or website for privacy reasons, however we can provide the account username. Could you please confirm the URL of your main site?

Thank you for helping. the website of the main account is acitygirlscountrydream.wordpress.com I think the user name is acitygirl but when I did forgot password it said it sent a clue but I never got the email which means I probably did not check the right email account. I found 3 of my blogs that are linked to the main account but still can’t figure out the main email. If I can get in the main account I will be satisfied

The username for acitygirlscountrydream.wordpress.com is acitygirlscountrydream. You can use that username in the password reset form instead of the email address and then check all the email addresses you have access to for the password reset message. Hi and thanks for responding. As you must see I have a lot of blogs through wordpress. I am very frustrated. I followed your instructions and it said it sent the password reset link but the email accounts i am logged into are not receiving the email. Is there any other way of verifying my identity? I have a few memorial accounts like the one I am logged into now, a doll house website, a poetry site and my main one which is my DIY site. I would say forget it but that is a lot of years of my history (around 2007 to present). I split them up by different email addresses because I was trying to maintain some sort of privacy…having my house blog online I did not want people to be able to find my house but somehow the people who used to email me on my blog showed up as suggested connections on linkedin. so making up all those fake identities did no good. No privacy!!

The account that owns acitygirlscountrydream.wordpress.com has no upgrades ever purchased and therefore the only way to recover it is if you have access to the email address associated with it.

There has to be another way. 11 years down the drain? That really stinks. Everytime i think of another email i find another blog. Since all of my accounts are under one login but they each have seperate emails of which i can get into why cant you verify me like that? I wouldnt have seperate emails if there was a way to truly maintain my privacy which there isn’t. You dont allow recycled passwords even after a certain period. I have 6 passwords i always use but i believe i got locked out the last time and had to use a different one because I used all 6. This is so frustrating!! If i was a hacker i would be in by now but since i don’t know how to play dirty i can’t get into my own account?

What do you mean accounts under one login? When you log into WordPress.com you are logging into your account, and any account can only be connected to one email address.
You have several sites under the acitygirlscountrydream account, but they’re all associated with the same email address under that account.
If you don’t have access to the correct email account any more and cannot verify your ownership some other way, we cannot give you access.
I should also mention that https://acitygirlscountrydream.wordpress.com/ was deleted in 2012, so even if you regained access to the account, you won’t be able to access that particular site, and it is long past the point where we can restore it.

Ok maybe we are talking in circles. Country dreams with an s is the new master site countrydream is the one i had to close because i did not renew the domain so i made acgcdreams and transferred it over to that. The second is the one i am trying to get into. I can log into all the other blogs separately just not the main one which also controls all the blogs in one place. This is crazy but i am sure from your side it appears to make perfect sence. Smh. No one to call just messaging…this is of no help. All i need is the email address and i can figure it out from there. I tried to get google to give me all the linked email addresses and they giving me the same problem as you. Like i said a hacker would have resolved this already but the real person gets locked out of their own crap!! Frustrated beyond words. If all the accounts are linked why cant you email me the main email address from one of the linked accounts??? Its still me!! There has to be another solution in this day and age of people having multiple accounts and a free account with you. Q

I want to clarify, acitygirlscountrydreams.wordpress.com isn’t locked for viewing. It was deleted six years ago, so it will not be accessible again.
Also, the site was not transferred over from another account. The original owner is acitygirlscountrydream, so that’s the only account you need to worry about regaining access to. There were never any domain upgrades on that account, either.
If you need to regain access to the “acitygirlscountrydream” account, and you’re just not sure which email address is associated, you can request a password reset link then check all of your addresses.
If you’ve lost access to the email address, your best bet is to contact your mail provider and ask for help regaining access.

I am not sure where you got your information but it is not correct.
acitygirlscountrydream.wordpress.com = no longer available. I have deleted this site. It was paid at one time and then I decided not to pay because there were some things I liked better about the free site. I then transferred the whole site to same name but “dreams” is plural now.
acitygirlscountrydreams.wordpress.com= This is the new site that is still active and is marked privateI was using this site to write a book. I transferred more than half of my blog and photos to my document but I have since sold my house and did not have time to work on it. I haven’t logged in since about March or April.
And please call me Jay. ReginaFutrell is my deceased sister. It just so happens to be one of the few blogs I can log into. Thanks

This is the same person…acitygirl/blujay…logged into another of my blogs. I forgot to say i can access all my email accounts as long as i know the user name. If you tell me the first couple of letters of the email address, which surely isnt a security breach…i can figure it out and log into it. Tl Ask me a question about one of my draft posts. But ask by email not publicly. Ask a question about a linked blog. Ask me to send a photo with something specific in it and see if my face doesn’t match my profile photo.try something dint just keep giving me the same answer. I dont know what rmail address to check. I checked 10 of them and none had a recovery email.i am out of options. Thanks!

We cannot tell you the first part of the email address or give you any hints as to the email address under any circumstances. We require the email address from you to verify you own the site.
We can tell you the WordPress.com username for the account, but that’s it.
We cannot accept any information added to a site, in draft or public, as verification of account ownership. We can only accept the items outlined in our account recovery documentation.

there seems to be a problem on your end. I logged into indieminidolls gmail account and here I found the password recovery email:
Someone recently requested that the password be reset for acitygirlscountrydream.
i changed the password…logged in and it shows I am logged into A City Girl/Blu but showed a different blog.
Apparently I was logged into the Admin account but did not know how to get to the area where I could see all my connected blogs. Not sure if you saw that and decided not to tell me and just played with me for all these days or didn’t bother to investigate but I FOUND IT ON MY OWN. thanks for the frustrations and terrible customer service.
UGGGH this goes down in my book as one of the worst CS experiences ever!!! -
