Go here: http://wordpress.com/sites and see if you can find your desired site there.If you cannot then you probably have logged into a different account. Please try to remember exactly which account the site was on and login to that account.
If you cannot remember which account has that site, you can reach staff for help. To reach staff you can tag this question with the modlook tag on the Tags section of the sidebar.

If you do not remember the password to that account, you can reset the password by going here: https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
If you have lost access to the email address associated with that account or have completely loss access to the account for some other reason, then you can fill up this Account Recovery Form: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and prove the ownership of that account.
