Cant find my password for Google Email for Google Apps connected to my wordpress

  I have forgotten my password for my google apps for business which I purchased with my domain. When I am in my Upgrades screen I try to change the password using the change the password button and it does give me the dialogue prompt box with the word “Undefined” in it but then when I type in a password it says Error and contact support.

  When I try to update my email to my current email address of (email visible only to moderators and staff) it will not save the account changes.

  I am just at a loss here about what to do. I no longer have access to (email visible only to moderators and staff) that I used to set up the wordpress site

  Hello there!

  I can help with this, but I do need some confirmation on your goal.

  First, it sounds as if you do need to be able to administer your WordPress.com site and cannot do that because you don’t have access to (email visible only to moderators and staff) . Is that correct? If so, you will want to do an account recovery here:
  https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  Next, I could use some more explanation about what you’re trying to accomplish with Google Apps email. Are you trying to remove it from your account? Change your password? Adjust your settings? If you could provide some guidance here, that would be super helpful.

  I can access my wordpress site I just cannot access the google apps for work that I bought with it.

  Rather than have my email be (email visible only to moderators and staff) I want it to be (email visible only to moderators and staff) which is why I bought the additional add on of Google Apps when I did my domain upgrade through wordpress. Here is what the page says:

  Google Apps is set up for this domain. Google Apps offers productivity and collaboration tools including email, calendars, documents and more. Read more about using Google Apps with WordPress.com.

  Your current subscription includes a license for 1 user(s). When adding another user, you will be asked to purchase a license for them. Please note that we cannot cancel or refund unused licenses.

  When I try to change the password (which I do not remember) by clicking the change password on the wordpresscreen the dialogue box comes up with the word “undefined” in the password field. I type in a new password and then hit enter and then I get this error message on the screen:

  Google Apps for your Domain

  An error occured while trying to process your request. Please try again or Contact Support if you continue to have trouble.

  This is why I am contacting support. According to the directions I should have received and email from Google to complete the process- I did not.

  Completing Sign-Up
  1.After you purchase Google Apps and it is activated on your account, you will receive an email like this one:

  2.Click the “mail.google.com” link and enter your full email address and password into Google’s login box and click Sign In.
  3.Fill out the image CAPTCHA and click I accept. Continue to my account.
  4.Enter a new password and click Change Password. You will be taken right to your new inbox!

  SO I really need to have my domain linked to my email using the domain name but so far I have been unable to do that. There appears to be no means to cancel the google app because I cannot access the admin console without the email’s password so I am stuck in a loop- Can’t delete the google apps an start over because I cannot access the admin console. Cant access the admin console because I never got the email allowing me to set a password. Cant cancel through wordpress where I purchased it because wordpress wont let me in without the password which I cannot access because I get the above error code.

  Ideally at this point I would just like to remove google apps from my wordpress domain- I don’t care if I lose the money. I will use a different service to create my business email but I need to remove google apps from my wordpress domain (cant do that because I cant access the admin console)

  Hi there!

  It appears as if your Google Apps has been temporarily suspended. They sent you a confirmation notice of their Terms of Service that you haven’t yet responded to. Of course, this must have gone to the original gmail account which you no longer have access to, and that’s why they haven’t received your confirmation.

  The first step to solve this will be for you to change your WordPress.com account email address so you can receive all notification emails. This can even be a temporary email address you use to complete your setup process.

  You’ll do that here (you must be logged into WordPress.com to do this):

  Once that’s done, please get in touch with me and let me know that the email address has been changed. From there, we can move onto the next steps — I can either help you get Google Apps working properly, or simply remove it from your account so you can setup your email address.
