Can't find my plugins section

We had to move our blog to a different CMS and domain and I can not find my plugins section, i.e., where my old ones went and where to find new ones. Help!

There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and we cannot install individual plugins or third party themes into them. Those found on the internet are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.

hmmmm … well, we at one point had several plugins installed and when we made the move, we have lost them all … so i would take that to mean we at one point had FTP access … i’m new to this company, so ….

There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs. Only VIP hosted bloggers have FTP access here at WordPress.com. I think you are thinking of a self hosted WordPress.org install.
