cant find my site

    i cant find my ijenlencha.com site and i realised that everything has been moved to my sheisjael.com.

    i cant access my wp-admin for sheisjael.com

    The site I need help with is ijenlencha.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

    It seems like your ijenlencha.com domain has expired. You will have to reach out to your host provider (https://www.namesilo.com/) to renew your domain.

    I also noticed that this website is not hosted by WordPress.com so unfortunately we won’t be able to help with your website, since it lies outside of our system.

    To clarify, there are several providers of WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here. Our platform is the WordPress.com and your site uses WordPress.org.

    You can reach out to you domain provider at https://www.namesilo.com/ or https://www.namesilo.com/support/v2.

    Since you were the previous owner, you probably have priority rights for this domain.

    If you would like to avoid these kind of problems in the future consider bringing over your website to WordPress.com. Since WordPress.com manages the domain, servers, backups and other technical details, you won’t have to worry about this happening.
